**DURING THE CLINIC TRANSITION, ALL VISITS WILL BE CASH PAY UNTIL MID-JUNE. APPOINTMENTS WILL BE $50.
OTHER ORDERS (BLOODWORK/IMAGING/ETC) WILL STILL BE RUN THROUGH INSURANCE. ONCE THE TRANSITION IS COMPLETE WITH INSURANCE, ALL PRICING WILL BE AS FOLLOWS**
New Patient: $150
Follow up patient: $120
Telemedicine: $75
Lab and imaging costs depend on where orders are sent. Nina can send lab orders wherever the patient desires.
